Principles of Entrepreneurship and Project Management
This course is designed to provide aspiring entrepreneurs and future engineering leaders with a solid foundation in both the principles of entrepreneurship and the critical skills of project management. We will explore the entrepreneurial mindset, the process of generating innovative ideas, and the steps involved in launching and growing a successful venture. In parallel, we will delve into the world of project management, mastering techniques to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This course will be highly interactive, featuring case studies, guest speakers, and a hands-on project where you will develop your own business idea.
